The ambiance at our bed and breakfast is one of a kind. We endeavor to welcome guests with a friendly warmth and a unique Costa Rican experience. To that end, we have created these policies to help us provide consistent service, to be a good neighbor, and to remain a viable business. We invite you to review our policies prior to making your reservations so that we might avoid any surprises.
Check In/ Check Out
Check-in is from 3:00 - 7:00 pm. Check out is before 10:00 am. Early and Late arrivals can be accommodated with prior notice. Instructions for check-in will be given once booking is completed.
During your stay

Before you leave
Prior to check out, gather all used towels, turn things off, and return the keys as has been requested by your host.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the small size of our inn, we are greatly affected by untimely cancellations and we firmly adhere to our cancellation policy. You have until 7 days prior to your arrival to cancel or move your reservation; we will refund your deposit less a 15% processing fee. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, regardless of the circumstances, your reservation will be charged in full and is fully non-refundable. Reducing the length of stay or an early departure is considered a cancellation.
